H1-B renewal in Canada- Loomis transit time

Hi, 

 

I booked my H1-B appointment in Vancouver, but set my Loomis delivery location to Burlington (I would like to visit a friend near Burlington [Toronto area]) before I return to the US. I am planning on: leaving Vancouver for my friend's place the evening after my appointment, picking up my passport when it is ready at Burlington, and then flying back to the US from the Toronto airport.

 

Does anyone know how long it should take for the delivery of my passport across the country (i.e. is it an express or ground service)? I know the visa processing time is about 2 days at Vancouver, but I just need more detail on the Loomis delivery time...
