Hi,

I have transferred my H1 B from Employer 'A'(valid visa till Sep'2015) to Employer 'B'(valid visa till Oct'2016) and joined with Employer 'B' 4 months back.

Now if I want to join with Employer'A',

Q1)Do i need to transfer the H1 visa from Employer B to Employer A again?

Q2)If transfer is required again, what are the chances of successful transfer to Employer A?

Thanks,

satya

1. No, not the visa. If you want to work for employer A you have to check whether your H1B petition with employer A is revoked. If not revoked you can join employer A.

2. Chances are based on documents.

Thanks for the reply. If my Visa with Employer A is not revoked, can we go back to employer A with old LCA and any process involved?

if locations are different,do we need to have LCA transfer again?

Visa can never be revoked by employer only the petition. If petition was not revoked you can go back. If location is different a new LCA has to be filed.
