Vchic Posted May 29, 2014 Report Share Posted May 29, 2014 Hi My new employer filed for H1B transfer under premium processing on 3/13/2014 and it reached the USCIS on 3/14/2013. So far no receipt received, checks are not cashed. I spoke to the attorney he said that he verified the documents again and everything looks good. Since this being the 15th day I am worried about my situation. I contact the service center and they are declining to answer to me and asking my employer to contact. Anyone has any ideas or experienced something like this before?? Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks Link to comment
