JoeF Posted May 28, 2014 Report Share Posted May 28, 2014 Is that for you or your husband? What would your employer's lawyer have to do with your husband's H1? Is that lawyer an immigration lawyer? If so, he should know about avenues to clarify things, e.g., AILA (he is a member of AILA, I would hope...) Link to comment
