EAD for L2, but Spouse is on I94

Hi,

I am on L1 and my visa as well as I129S expired last year. I am on I94 currently.

My wide applied L2 from india and got the visa last week.

 

1)Can I apply EAD for her, with my I94 once she is back?

2)Can I apply EAD for her, with my I94 even when she is in india?

What do you mean by saying your I129 has expired? Is your L1 petition valid?

Your wife needs to have her I94 to apply for her EAD.
