RFE - Substitute Labor - Using EAD - no AC21

Company A filed labor using substitute labor in 2004

 

Recieved approved I140 in 2005

 

Company A Filed 486 in 2007

 

Petitioner company A was acquired by Company B in 2010

 

after that I switched my employment from Company A to Company C using EAD in 2010.

 

AC21 was not filed.

 

Currrently working as independent consultant in silimar job description.

Recieved RFE to submit letter from petitioning employer verifying employment with them and confirm if their job offer exists.
 

or provide letter from new employer if I have switched the job.

My problem is I do not have a employer - what shall I do ?

You are self-employed, i.e., you are the employer.

State that you are self-employed.

And you should have filed AC21. That would have avoided the RFE.
