H1b amendment? As employed had send to client location to work

My company A has filed a petition for me and showed A Inc of US as petitioner and has mentioned that i will work with them at city A only and will not work offsite. Now they had send me to client location in City B

 

In my H1b petition it was mentioned that I will not gonna work offsite and will only work for A inc in city A. Now my company has filed a LCA amendment to change my work location to city B. I want to know will there be any issue if I don't go for H1b amendment ?

 

Please help me in this regard.

You need a H1B amendment as you have a client now.

My employer is not filing the H1b amendment now but has done the LCA amendment. I am not sure what consequences I will be facing because of this
