Can H4 travel to India when her H1B visa in selected in Lottery and before Approval?

Hi there,

 

I am currently on H4 visa residing in USA .  I have applied for H1B visa and got selected in the Lottery. Due to family emergency , me and my spouse have to travel to India for a month. We would be coming back by June/July.

 

As H1B approval will be done only in October,  if I go back to India and return to USA on H4 visa before October, Is there any issues with that?

 

Do I need to go outside US again after H1B approval to get visa stamped again?
