akshit987 Posted April 30, 2014 Report Share Posted April 30, 2014 I have applied for H1 this year in general and i am planning to move it to premium processing. a) But my client location has been changed and i am working for same client. distance between both location is 20 miles. Do i need to file new LCA and need any other documentation. b) i had to change the vendor also will that be an issue moving the application to premium ? Link to comment
