I485 RFE for birth and marriage certificate

I just received RFE for providing copies of birth and marriage certificate.

 

In my original I-485 packet, I had sent the following:

 

1. Non availibility certificate from local municipality (since I do not have a BC)

2. Notarized Affidavits from both my father and mother confirming the proof of birth

3. Copy of the 10 grade mark certificate with the parents name and date of birth

4. Copy of marriage certificate.

 

When I respond to RFE, can I resubmit the same docs or do I need to produce anything else? I really cant think of how I can produce any additional documentation. Can someone please advise?

All I can recommend is getting a consultation with a lawyer. It is quite possible that the same documents will work.
