maverickvenkat
My perm application May 2013 got denied as per Dolstats on 03/13/2014. Employer is clueless on this Before denying will there be not a RFE 1. Can i reapply again with the same employer? 2. or move to another employer (new attorney) 3. or approach a standard law firm like murthy's and file a new case My records and exp letters are clean i guess my employer attorney goofed my app somewhere Please suggest which is the best option Link to comment
t75
What does the attorney (not employer) say? It is quite possible that the employer did not follow procedure. It is also possible that you are not seen to be qualified for the position via your records and letters. More information is needed to make a suggestion. I also suggest you take all the documents you have for a review by an employment immigration specialist if you cannot get a satisfactory answer from the current attorney. Link to comment
Attorney_9
Generally a PERM labor certification will only be denied without audit if there is a fundamental flaw in the information that was provided on the ETA9089 Form. Before making any decisions, it would be wise to review the reason for denial of the LC case. Link to comment
