bsrajirs
Hey, I worked with company A for six years in H1B and I transferred my H1B to company B and I got three years extension based on company A’s approved I-140.. Now I completed around 8+ years in H1B and planning to apply for H1B extension. Company B didn’t start my GC labor process but they are saying we can get H1B extension based on company A’s approved I-140. Can you please let me know if that is possible? Thanks, bsraj Link to comment
rahul412
Yes that's possible. But make sure that your I140 is not revoked by A. Link to comment
