Denied H1B scenario

I am curious to know if you are currently working on H1B visa and go to Canada for stamping and for some reason you get denied, does this mean your H1B is no longer valid? You can no longer work for the US Company?

Thank You.

If your H1 is rejected then you cannot work in US on H1, if you want to work for that company then you need a new H1 petition approval. But you can work for that company in your home country if they have an office there.

This can not be a case, your H1 is still valid and you need a visa to enter in US. Once it is denied you may have to file a new petition with new employer (most of the time same employer will not make any difference in the outcome) and try to get a visa stamp.
