H1B conversion with L1 Extension in progress

Hello ALl,

 

I have got my H1 approved in Feb 2014(submitted on Apr 2013) from Employer A.

 

I am in L1  from employer B and expiering by 23 May. I would like to know if the conversion possible when my L1 extension in progress. i.e after 23 May.

 

 

Please help on this since I am runnign out of time.
