H-1B Extension beyond six years

Hi All experts,

I have already extended my H-1B for almost 3 years beyond the first 6 years since I had an approved I-140 at that time. This H-1B is expiring Jan 31 2015. However I do not work for the company that did my I-140 and I am sure they have withdrawn the I-140. I have filed LC through my new company on Jan 20 2014. What are the options for my H-1 extension:

1) Can I get another 3 years based on my original I-140?

2) Can I get another 1 year based on my LC filing in Jan 2014?

3) When is the ideal time to apply for my extension.

Thanks a lot

1. No if I-140 is revoked.

2. Only if PERM is pending for more than a year.

3. Employer's attorney would be the best to suggest you.
