anu1702
HiI have an approved H1B Petition from Employer -A, valid still SEP-2016. Went for Stamping, issued 221g Blue form . Exactly after 6 months my employer requested USCIS to withdraw my H1b due to non availabilty of project/client. Then USCIS revoked my petition. Now Employer-B has a position for me. Can I use H1B petition filed by Employer -A(already revoked) to get exempt from cap.I have the receipt no.s and approved petition. Please advise. Link to comment
JoeF
Revocation does not matter for you. It has no relevance at all for you. If you have been counted for the quota, and you haven't used the full 6 years, you are not counted again. Link to comment
