Now I am working in a different company. Now I am going to file F2 as my husband is doing MBA final year... Should I mention that my H1 got rejected previously or not? Pls advise Link to comment

If it is the DS-160 question on whether you have been refused a visa, the answer of course is "no" - you never applied for the H1B visa -your employer's petition was denied, so you did not have a chance to apply for the visa.
