He revoked petition after 3 months. can you please let me know if still exempt on CAP or i need to file on new QUOTA ? Link to comment

An employer is required by law to inform USCIS if you don't work for for them, and then USCIS will revoke the H1. If you have been counted for the quota and haven't used the full 6 years, you are not counted again. So, that is all that matters. Forget about revocation. Link to comment
