This is counter intuitive because I have to specify the consulate I wish to apply at before knowing availability. Can anyone provide me with current availability for at Ottawa Consulate? Not sure if late March to early April is available. I assume that at least two weeks is required between lawyers submitting PIMS verification and the appointment date. Link to comment

Does a simple letter stating that you are visiting for the purpose of visa stamping suffice? Has anyone used a template for this? I have relatives in Canada but my purpose of visit is for the visa stamping, not to visit relatives. Link to comment
