L1 Blanket application in canada when H1 B approved

Hi,

 

I am currently in US and my current L1 expires at July 2014. Going to file H1B this year as well since my max out in L1 is next june . Since H1B is valid only from Oct 1st, Thinking of getting L1 B blanket by going to canada.

 

Assume i will get the H1 B receipt notice/approval in April. If i attend the L1 B interview in canada at july for L1 intervi​w ( after the either the receipt notice/approval of H1B) will it have any impact of getting reject the L1 petition?

The H1 is not connected to your L1.
