Newark port of entry questions

I work for a IT consulting company under EVC model.

I got my H1b Visa stamping today and I plan to return back on saturday.

I am concerned what all will I be asked at Newark Point of Entry.

Will I be asked my end client letter? Because I got the H1B stamping without end client letter itself.

Or will the immigration be just happy with my employer letter?

Is there anything that I should know that can help me clear the newark port of entry.

Thanks

You might be asked for one. Better carry one or get a print of an email from client mentioning that they would not provide client letters.

I entered 3 times on my H1b since Feb'13 and was never asked for client letter and stuff. For first time in Feb'13, officer took a look at all previous H1b approval notices. After that, for 2nd (Apr'14) and 3rd time (in Feb'14), I was asked only 1 question - what's your role?. However I saw quite a few H1Bs were taken inside. They came out within 15/20 mins, not sure what triggered officer to take them for secondary inspection. I always used to carry all the documents that were sent for H1b extension or H1b visa stamping, just to be on safer side. But I would tell you one thing - keep it cool and you should be ok...

Good to know about your experience. But, I would suggest OP never to take a risk. There is always a possibility to be asked for additional documents at POE. Better to carry them rather than being sent back for not having one.
