Smsaa
I am in my 14th year of H1-B. When my H1 was approved, I held Indian citizenship and passport. But recently I accepted Canadian citizenship. The recent H1 renewal was via consular processing as I have been outside US for last few years but working for the same sponsor remotely and have been getting paid in US. I also, have 140 approved and pending 485. Being a Canadian citizen and with a Consular processing H1, am I required to get the visa stamped or do I just show the I797 at the POE? Link to comment
pontevecchio
You should be able to present your H1 approval at the POE and be admitted in H1 status. Link to comment
