If I am in india and my H1B visa validity gets expired (and I do not travel to US at all). But after Visa expiry date if I get an offer from US then will I be under the H1B cap or will NOT be, that means, Will I get my visa stamping for new employer at anytime in a year after expiry of old visa also ?
