URGENT got dropbox confirmation letter for Hyderabad , but unable to see OFC appoinment dates.

I am eligible for dropbox and got the confirmation for the same. i cannot see appointment dates after receiving dropbox confirmation. is this normal ? or should i opt of OFC appointment.please help me asap.
