Abhi1165 Posted February 24, 2014 Report Share Posted February 24, 2014 I came to USA on F-1 visa and graduated in masters (IT) from an unaccredited university in 2011 after using one year of opt, i joined in another university to get my masters in MBA (this is an accredited university). During my second masters, my employer applied H1b in general quota (using my bachelors degree in computer science) and it got approved in 2013. I am completing my second masters this march and planning of getting my H1b stamped in april, will I be facing any issues ...... any help regarding my issue is greatly appreciated. Link to comment

If you have not used your unaccredited university degree for immigration benefits then you are good to go. Link to comment
