Senthil80
Here is the scenario:- Employer A filed my H1B & H4 extension in different USCIS centers. H4 went into RFE as they want H1B approval copy(which was in a different center) H1B approved after some time. Meanwhile I got offer from Employer B Employer A responded to H4 RFE with my H1B approval copy(because I have not resigned yet) Now the question is if I join Employer B what will happen to my H4 extension ? Because Employer A will not help me and may be will not even give me the H4 extension copy. What options do I have? 1. Can Employer B help in any way? 2. In case if H4 RFE demands more documents, can I respond? Because any request will go to Employer A which will not be responded. Please help Link to comment
