artak
My H1b that was filed by employer 1 was rejected in 2011 and I came back to the us on h4. Then employer 2 filed h1b for me and plannin to go for stamping now. Client is the same in both the cases. My question is .....does previous h1b rejection impact my current h1b stamping? Please let me know if anybody got their visa stamped in a similar situation? Link to comment
