This is my second year on H1B status, which his going to expire in October( got H1 approved for only one year both the times). In march I'm planning to travel to India. is this time safe to go to H1B stamping in jamica? apparently i got only 6 months period left on my H1, So I'm in dilemma weather its safe to go for stamping in this situation. any suggestion here are highly appreciated!! Thanks Any US consulate is safe provided you have all required documents. 6 months of petition validity will not affect your stamping. Link to comment
