H1B cap exempt petition

My Employer A, filed an H1B Petition for me in 2009 and got it approved but I did not stamp it.

Now I want to use this Petition for Employer B.

 

Here are my doubts...

 

1. Till what duration an approved H1B Petition holds valid and can be used for H1B Exempt case?

 

2. Can Employer B use it?

 

3. If Yes, then what documents should I ask from Employer A?
