H1B stamping 3 years back received 221g, Urgent Query regarding attending again.

Hi All,

 

I have attended H1B visa interview in Chennai 3 years back. I have received 221g with additional processing. After that I didn't follow up with employer.

 

Now I am attending for H1B from a different employer. While filling DS160 form should I mention about the previous visit? Will that come under rejected or refused state.

Yes.. Whatever is the information mention it..

 

I was refused a tourist visa in 2003 and i dint mention it.. VO caught me on that and said always be faithful and provide complete information!
