Would like to go for stamping in Jamaica need help in deciding..please help

I have an infraction (In 2011) and now my lawyer had already applied for motion to dismiss (expunge the case ) on jan 17,2014. He said court would take anywhere from 1 to 2 months to process this dismissal. Now in India I have to attend a family ceremony. But My questions is can I take a risk in going to Jamaica to get my H1 B Stamping in 1st week of March?. Please suggest, I am in a dilemma. I never had stamping (apart from F1 in India 2005).

 

Please please please help. Cannot reachout to any lawyer because of the weekend.
