6th year on H1 and Perm LCA Pending

Hello,

 

My LCA was filed on 03/19/2013, got audit on Nov 11th, responded on 18th Nov 2013 and waiting on the case since then. Now, my H1B (6th year) is expiring on Sept 30 2014 and I am planning to change jobs, should I wait till 3/19/2014 or can I start the H1 transfer process now and come 3/19/2014, file for H1 extension (based on 365 days rule). If I wait till 3/19/2014 and then start H1 transfer would it automatically come with 1 year extension or do I need to file it separately anyway?
