PIMS - attorney did not send two copies of petition while filing h1b

hi,

 

I am currently in usa working on h1b , planning to visit india next month. I will have to go for visa stamping.

 

Realized my attorney did not include second copy while filing for my latest h1b ( i have been on this h1b for last 1.5 years ).  

 

Does it mean PIMS is not be updated for my case?  What are the options to get PIMS updated before going for stamping? 

 

If PIMS is not updated, how long it may delay my stamping ?

How do you know that your attorney didn't  do that??

Forget about PIMS, you can't do anything here. All you have to do is just wait for one more day to process your visa after the interview.
