Maverick19
Hi, I recently got my h1 approved (my first h-1) through a client and would like to go for stamping now. stamping in jamaica seems to be good so planning to go there . I have a EVVC model and my pay stabs are not same every month meaning if i have any extra hours my employer runs them on my pay stabs. Also, chances of getting a client letter seems to be bleak at this point. Can anybody please suggest/advise if it is risky to for stamping at this point. thanks Link to comment

Have other forms of proof to support that you work for client. Link to comment
shanch
variable amnt in paystubs doent' matter. you cam just mention avg amnt as ua working EVVC model better to take all the link documents from client to your employer also confirmation email from client that client will not provide letter. finally, if you have all the above then go for stamping or else take a chance Link to comment
