Help on i539 Withdrawal from H1b to H4

Hello All, 

I had applied change of status for my wife from H1B to H4 as her employer had given separation notice. Today, we received notification from my wife's employer that they are revoking the separation notice and wanted to continue the employment. We are yet to receive the Receipt Number from USCIS and want to withdraw the i539 COS application. Please suggest on the process to submit the withdrawal letter to USCIS and will there be any problem in applying for withdrawal.
