Question about Client Letter for H1b Stamping

Hi,

 

I kinda have 2 questions about client letter.

 

My employer1 is the one who is holding my H1B and my employer2 placed me at client. Both employer1 and employer2 are sister companies. They work together and come under 1 big employer. 

 

So my question is should i mention employer1 and 2 both in client letter or just employer1 who is holding my H1B. My client knows only about employer2.

 

I have the offer letter and employment agreement letter from employer2.

Since employer 1 is your H1 sponsor you need both employers names on that letter. But your employer letter should clearly mention that both are sister companies.
