Multiple H1b approval not at same time

Need urgent advice

 

 

I am currently working full time  with company A on H1b .One month back I  gave interview with Company B and H1b transfer was approved on 10 Jan 2014.But  I  was informed by company B  that time that  the position for which they were hiring me was on hold and they will inform if some thing comes up in future

 

Meanwhile for past one month I was trying for new job .Recently I got offer from Company C.

 

Also I got offer for new project from Company B again .I want to join Company C but  Company C is saying that on boarding  will take 4 to 6 weeks .

 

 

Question

 

1)Do i need to provide two approved petitions (one from Company A and other from Company B ) to Company C so they can file transfer.I am currently working with Company A itself  ?

 

I don't want to mention company C that I have offer from B.If I give them petition of company B they will know.

 

2) My project with Company A is getting over in few days and then I have to travel back to India as they don't maintain bench in USA. So if I change  company from A to B for time being and C has not filed my transfer yet then do I have to inform C that I have change my company and now my current  company is B ? or I can hide this info from Company C  because petition of A will be still valid as UCICS will take one month to cancel once it will receive request from company A and by that time  transfer will already happen to Company C

1. No, company A's approval notice is fine.

2. If you join company B and you start receiving pay stubs from them then you need to inform company C about company B. There is no reason to hide anything here.
