My employer is a new company. They are recently everified but they have not applied for h1 visas till now. They told me they are willing to file h1 visa for me. What are my risks in going with them especially because they have 0 experience in this. There were 2 other ppl in the same boat as of mine but they got jobs with big companies and left this job. What do you think my chances are of going with my current job for h1? Any risks?? Link to comment
