satch69
Hi, Since my H1 is expiring and no extensions are available, my employer + lawyer had to file the i-140 without certain documents. However, the day after filing, said documents became available! Specifically, last year tax returns were being audited by the accountant, and were delivered a few hours after the i140/i485 was filed. Is it possible to add them to the pending i-140 (maybe using a receipt number) in an effort to preclude receiving an RFE / NOID? The attorney says she can try, but I'm seeking some additional perspective here... thanks, S Link to comment
Belle
I would wait for the USCIS to ask for it. Lawyers are notorious for sending too much, and since your application appears to be accepted, you just need to wait to see if the USCIS really needs additional info. Link to comment
