Please suggest which is a safe option or do i have a chance to apply H1B next year. - Do i need to apply for H1-B in the current year 2014 only. in that case my status will be on h1b from Oct'14. - Do i have a chance to apply for H1B next year 2015 as my opt end date is on 3/31. ( if my employer decides to apply it next year). what issue/ concerns i might face or i should be careful with ? Please suggest to finalize my decision on which year i should apply. Thanks - Naresh.
