Kamrekha1 Posted February 20, 2014 Report Share Posted February 20, 2014 Hi , I got an offer from Employer B who is asking for my I140 approval copy ( approved from Employer A) .Without that Employer B is hesitating to file my H1 (though I provided the I140 receipt number) as I will be reaching max out in Aug 2014. Employer A is not providing me the i140 copy as its employer petition .Could you guide me to overcome this situtation . How i can get the I140 copy and how i can get it faster ? Link to comment
