H1/H4 stamping question

Hi,

I am going to India with my wife and we will be going to stamping myself (h1) and my wife(h4). I had my first time h1b(1 year) stamped in canada. we have got our new I797-H1 and H4 extensions from USCIS.

Can anyone send me the procedure to start my work.

 

Step1:Fill 2 DS160(separately)

Step2:Book a slot and  pay the fee(separately).

Step3:Go to interview together?

 

Is there any change if we want to go together.?

Is it 2 DS160's and 2 separate payments for interview?

Can we still go together to the same counter(VO)?

Yes, if you schedule interview together you will be called together to same counter.

When you book your H1B interview you will have the option to add H4 dependent to your interview slot.

You can schedule your interview together. Check the website and you can add your family member when selecting an appointment date. You need to submit two separate DS160 forms one for yourself and your wife.
