H4 to H1B

I am on H4 visa. I worked for 4.9 years in MNC in India IT company. I have done M.sc chemistry. Now I am trying to apply H1. Please let me know whether my H1 gets approved or not.

You need to have a minimum of 4 years bachelor's degree related to your profession. I do not see the connection between Chemistry and IT

You can find H1 job related to your degree but not in IT.

For H1 you should have a degree directly related to that job.
