touchwood Posted February 18, 2014 Report Share Posted February 18, 2014 Hi, I have filed for H1 Transfer and received an approval(797 with I 94) about 4 weeks ago.Today I see the online status has been changed to "On February 18, 2014, your notice I129, PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER was processed and mailed to the address on record. If you have not received it within 30 days of February 18, 2014, contact customer service at 1-800-375-5283. If you move while your case is pending, please call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283." Any idea what this can be? Link to comment
catx Posted February 19, 2014 Report Share Posted February 19, 2014 In this case do not worry about the online case status shown on the USCIS web site. The actual, physical, original documents from the USCIS are what matters (they are the definitive case status), and you have received an I-797A with the attached H-1B visa and I-94 card. The online case shown on the USCIS web site is not always up to date or accurate. Link to comment
