guddi Posted February 18, 2014 Report Share Posted February 18, 2014 I am on L1A and my company is planning to apply for me Greencard this year..but as i am not sure of them..i am applying for H1B in April thru consultant..I wanted to check if in case H1B is approved i have to start working In H1B visa from October..but in case if my company files Greencard for me in May...would Greencard be valid as i heard it takes a year for the greencard to arrive in L1A visa or i have to work in H1B role..
