How to travel from Kingston, Jamaica in case of H1B visa denial

I'm planning to visit Kingston, Jamaica for my H1B extension visa stamping. I currently do not have a visa stamping to travel back to the US.

I'm being paranoid and thinking what would be the options to travel back from Kingston to India in case of visa denial.

Do people usually wait there until the visa is approved? Or, should I get a transit visa to travel via US?

Any experience or suggestions would be appreciated.

It is your choice whether you would like to wait or transit visa US to home country.  Instead of going through all these troubles just go to your home country and get your visa stamped if you have all necessary documents.

Then why don't you go to your Home country for visa interview??

Then go to your home country for stamping.

You wouldn't have that kind of problem there.
