From EAD to Green Card under EB1

I applied for GC under EB1 extraordinary ability category (premium processing) in Nov'13 and approved the same after some days. I applied through an attorney.  My fingerprinting for 485 and 765 was done two weeks ago and I see that my 765 is approved. I have the following questions: 

1. Considering that the priority date for my category is current at TSC, how much time do I need to wait for 485? 

2. How soon can I switch my job? Since I applied myself, Do I need to wait for GC?

You can switch jobs any time since your GC is not associated with employer sponsorship.

 

What does your attorney say about current processing times? In immigration processing, 2 weeks is like a millisec.

Thanks for the post. My attorney says about 6-8 months. I read some posts/blogs and the approval time ranged from two months to years. The TSC mentions this time to be 4-6 months though.
