bhalu222 Posted February 18, 2014 Author Report Share Posted February 18, 2014 I am on H1 which is good till Jan 2016. I had to withdraw as my lawyer filed my case 2 days prior to my PD being current and I had traveled out of the country and he refiled the case without telling me . I had to refile with the correct I94 info when I returned. Link to comment
