Srutii
Hi, My visa was refused last year giving the standard letter and stating "Based on documents and information elicited in interview we are not able to issue H1B visa". Should i take the denial letter with me. As i dont know what is the exact reason for denial. If the VO ask me why was it refused last time, what reply should i give? Appreciate your response. Yes, you need to have it at your possession when appearing for a visa interview. When asked by VO present the document to him/her. Link to comment
aavula
As you have already mention that in the DS 160 form, also they have all the details of ur history in the system and that is not a mandatory thing to take the denial letter. If they ask then just tell them. But it was not a mandatory. Link to comment
pontevecchio
You do not need to take any such letter. You have to mention it where asked in the forms. Tell the VO you got taken in by a rogue employer. Link to comment
