Please find my details below: Current Visa Status - L1 BVisa Validity - Jan-12-2014My I94 Expiry - Jan-02-2014 Wife I94 expiry - Jan-12-2014 Wife expected delivery date - Jun-05-2014Applied for Extension - Yes/Oct-23-2014. RFE Date in USCIS website: Feb-13-2014. Yet to receive the RFE notice. Could someone please let me know what is the best option to stay legally as my wife can't travel due to high risk pregnancy [We have all Medical records]. If responding to RFE is delayed and visa gets rejected in May, what are the options to stay legally for another 45 days? Even if we do premium, due to high risk pregnancy we are afraid!
